Dan Harris
President and CEO

Dan Harris is the founder, President and CEO of Brainingcamp.  His background includes extensive experience in marketing, sales, and general management .  Prior to founding Brainingcamp, Dan was the General Manager for National Instruments Electronics Workbench Group.  National Instruments is a leader in virtual instrumentation with 4,000 employees and a successful record of growing revenue in 28 of its 29 year history.  The Electronics Workbench Group focused on selling simulation software to classrooms and companies alike.  Before that, Dan had been the Managing Director for Electronics Workbench Europe. 

Dan is passionate about leveraging young student’s fascination with animated and interactive software to nurture a love for learning.  He is concerned by the low number of students pursuing engineering and science degrees and wants to help make math and science less intimidating by developing improved supplementary education materials.

Dan studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Toronto and Law at the University of Western Ontario.
